LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

To give you peace of mind and ensure your investment in Flexi-Pave lasts a lifetime, we recommend an annual inspection and overspray. Use this form to be added to our automatic annual overspray program. Once enrolled, we’ll come out once a year to evaluate your Flexi-Pave and make any necessary incidental repairs from wear and tear. Then we will clean the pavement and perform a urethane overspray which will extend your warranty an additional 12 months after each application as long as the annual oversprays continue.
After signing up, a maintenance contract will be emailed to you for final execution.

By signing up, you will be added to our list of automatic annual overspray clients. This will extend your warranty each year it is completed. These annual oversprays will automatically continue until a request is made to be removed from our list.
