Unless you happen to be from from the great state of Texas, what you are about to taste may be unlike any other BBQ you’ve ever had. Dry rubbed with a blend of secret spices, then slow smoked Texas-style over smoldering Pecan wood for up to 24 hours. There just ain’t no substitute for true Texas dry rub BBQ. It’s the wood that makes it good! Our BBQ won an award at a celebrity cook-off back in 2012. Since then we’ve upgraded our smokers and continued to hone our skills to produce a deeply smoked, tender, juicy meat that gets raving reviews & compliments each time we cater an event.
